Mrs. Amelia Shaffer has worked at Bermudian Springs since 2018, but she began her teaching career in Maryland in 2010. She attended Elon University in North Carolina, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. In 2017, Mrs. Shaffer earned a Master's Degree in Elementary Reading Instruction from Walden University. She has taught both 1st and 2nd grades, and she is currently a 2nd Grade teacher at BSES. She enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, hiking, and fixing up her old farmhouse, where she lives with her husband, son, and their two hound dogs.
