Ms. Andrea Dowell has been teaching at Bermudian Springs Elementary School since 2006. She graduated from Bermudian Springs High School in 1996. She earned her Associates degree from HACC and then attended Penn State for her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. Ms. Dowell taught in the Harrisburg City School District for 7 years before coming to settle back home at Bermudian Springs. Ms. Dowell also earned her Masters Degree in Education from Wilson College. Ms. Dowell teaches 4th grade at Bermudian Springs Elementary School.
