Kindergarten Registration

Parents/guardians are REQUIRED to upload the following documents during your online registration:

• Birth Certificate or Passport
• Current Immunization Record
• Proof of Residency Documentation (see below)
• Current Custody Order, if applicable

If you cannot submit the required forms online, you may email them to our elementary school guidance secretary at efriedman@bermudian.org, fax them to 717-528-4007 Attn: Erin Friedman or drop them off in person to our elementary school guidance office.

Proof of residency is required for enrollment. Below is the acceptable documentation. The parent/guardian's name, current address and date must be visible on the document. We cannot accept the front of an envelope, it must be the actual document:

• Property Deed (signatures required)
• Current Lease Agreement (signatures required)
• Current Utility Bill (cell phone is not an acceptable utility)
• Property Tax Bill
• Valid Vehicle Registration

Please click the link below to access the online Sapphire Registration Portal. Again, the Sapphire Registration Portal is NOT the same as a Community Web Portal account where you access your child's grades, attendance, etc. This portal is only used for registration.

• When you access the page, click the "Create New Account" link*.
  • If you have previously created an account on the Registration Portal, you may use that same login information to re-access the Registration Portal. If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password?" to reset your password and access your Registration Portal account.
     
• Once your account is created and/or you are logged in, please click the “Create” button under “25-26 Kindergarten Registration” to begin the registration process.

 

Sapphire Registration Portal

After you have submitted your application and provided the required documents to complete your child’s registration, you will receive an email to select a kindergarten registration in-person appointment to finalize your registration. You must submit your completed application by Friday April 4, 2025 to guarantee an appointment for our kindergarten registration in-person appointment days

Dates:

• Tuesday, April 8, 2025 – 9:30 am – 3:00 pm
• Wednesday, April 9, 2025 – 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm
• Thursday, April 10, 2025 – 9:30 am – 5:00 pm *Translator Available

Location:

The in-person appointments will be at Bermudian Springs Elementary School at 7335 Carlisle Pike, York Springs, PA 17372. Please enter at the double doors on the right side of the front of the building.

Appointment:

During your appointment, you will complete your child’s registration while your child participates in a kindergarten readiness screening. You will be required to provide your Driver’s License or Photo ID during your appointment.
