Weight Training
Fall Hours: The Bermudian Springs High School Weight Training and Cardio Rooms will be open to students on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3:00p.m. until 4:30p.m. Students in grades 9-12 are welcome to take advantage of the facilities.
Winter Hours: The Bermudian Springs High School Weight Training and Cardio Rooms will be open to students on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3:00p.m. until 4:00p.m. Students in grades 9-12 are welcome to take advantage of the facilities.
Spring Hours: The Bermudian Springs High School Weight Training and Cardio Rooms will be open to students on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3:00p.m. until 4:30p.m. Tuesday and Thursdays from 3:00p.m. until 4:00PM. Students in grades 9-12 are welcome to take advantage of the facilities.
Summer Hours: To be determined.
The Bermudian Springs High School Weight Training and Cardio Rooms will not be open on those Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays when there is an early dismissal or when school is not scheduled or closed.
