SAPPHIRE REGISTRATION PORTAL

• When you access the page, click the ‘Create New Account’ link.
  • If you have previously created an account on the Sapphire Registration Portal, you may use that same login information to re-access the Sapphire Registration Portal. If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password?" to reset your password and access your Sapphire Registration Portal account.

• Once your Sapphire Registration Portal account is created and/or you are logged in, please click the ‘Create’ link under BSSD Registration Form 2026-2027 to begin the online registration form.

• Please complete the BSSD Registration Form 2026-2027 online and upload the required documents listed below via the Sapphire Registration Portal. It is recommended to gather the necessary documents before beginning the online registration form, but not required. You can stop and save your work in the Sapphire Registration Portal as you progress.

• Once you complete your online registration form and upload the required documents, you will need to click the ‘Submit your Registration to Bermudian Springs School District’ button on the final page of the form.

• Child’s Birth Certificate
• Child’s Current Immunization Record
• Current Custody Order/Agreement (if applicable)
• One of the following Proof of District Residency Documentation:
  • A current deed or residential lease agreement (must include signature page)
  • An utility bill no more than three months old
  • An internet bill no more than three months old
  • A credit card bill no more than three months old
  • A bank statement no more than three months old
  • A tax bill no more than three months old
  • An insurance document no more than three months old
  • A piece of mail sent in the past three months by the federal or state government such as benefits information, voter registration, or tax documents
