Bermudian Springs School District offers a full-day Kindergarten program for students who turn 5 years of age 
before September 1st of the given school year and reside within our district.

The Bermudian Springs School District Kindergarten Registration process begins online with completing our Kindergarten Registration Form 2026-2027 in our Sapphire Registration Portal. For those of you with a student already in the district, please note that the Sapphire Registration Portal is NOT the same as a Community Web Portal.  To register your child, please follow the steps of the Kindergarten Registration Process below.

Kindergarten Registration Process

Sapphire Registration Portal

Please click the above link to access the online Sapphire Registration Portal. Again, the Sapphire Registration Portal is NOT the same as a Community Web Portal where you access your current student's grades, attendance, etc. This portal is only used for registration.

When you access the page, click the ‘Create New Account’ link.
- If you have previously created an account on the Sapphire Registration Portal, you may use that same login information to re-access the Sapphire Registration Portal. If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password?" to reset your password and access your Sapphire Registration Portal account.

Once your Sapphire Registration Portal account is created and/or you are logged in, please click the ‘Create’ link under Kindergarten Registration Form 2026-2027 to begin the online registration form.

Please complete the Kindergarten Registration Form 2026-2027 online and upload the required documents listed below via the Sapphire Registration Portal. It is recommended to gather the necessary documents before beginning the online registration form, but not required. You can stop and save your work in the Sapphire Registration Portal as you progress.

Once you complete your online registration form and upload the required documents, you will need to click the ‘Submit your Registration to Bermudian Springs School District’ button on the final page of the form.

If you are having trouble uploading the required documents to your online registration form, you may submit them via email to our Elementary School Guidance Secretary at efriedman@bermudian.org, fax to 717-528-4007 Attn: Erin Friedman or in-person to the Elementary School Guidance Office.

Required Registration Documents Needed to Enroll

Parents/guardians must upload the following documents to complete the Kindergarten Registration Form 2026-2027 online:

Child’s Birth Certificate
Child’s Current Immunization Record
Current Custody Order/Agreement (if applicable)
Proof of District Residency Documentation
- Signed Property Deed or Current Lease Agreement
- Current Utility Bill (within 3 months)
- Property Tax Bill
- Valid Vehicle Registration

The parent/guardian's name, current address and date must be visible on the proof of district residency documentation. We cannot accept the front of an envelope, it must be the actual document.

Kindergarten Registration Days

After you have submitted your completed Kindergarten Registration Form 2026-2027 online including all required documents, you will receive an email to select a time frame for an in-person appointment during our Kindergarten Registration Days.

Kindergarten Registration Days:

Monday, March 16, 2026 – 9:30 am–3:00 pm
Thursday, April 9, 2026 – 9:30 am–3:00 pm *Spanish Translator Available
Wednesday, May 6, 2026 – 9:30 am–6:00 pm

Location:

The in-person appointment will be at Bermudian Springs Elementary School at 7335 Carlisle Pike, York Springs, PA 17372. Please enter at the double doors to the right of the main entrance at the front of the building.

Appointment:

During your in-person appointment, you will complete your child’s registration while your child participates in a kindergarten readiness screening. Please prepare your child for this separation to help reduce nervousness on that day. This process will take approximately 30 minutes. You will be required to provide your valid Driver’s License or Photo ID during your appointment.
