Brian Booher is in his first year as Director of Special Education at Bermudian Springs School District. Prior to BSSD, Brian was the Director of Special Education at New Story Schools and Director of Student Services and Special Education at La Academia Charter School. Brian has over 15 years of service to Public School Education as a teacher and administrator. He has held positions such as second grade teacher, third grade teacher, learning support teacher, assistant principal and principal throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 

Brian earned his Doctorate of Education at Widener University in Chester, PA, his Masters Degree from Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio, and his Bachelors Degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Brian's instructional certification is from Kutztown University and his administrative certificate is from Shippensburg University.

When not working, Brian loves to spend time with his wife Brittney, son Knox, and daughter Leighton (L.J.). Brian also enjoys reading, the outdoors, and collegiate sports.
