Employment Background Checks (Act 168 of 2014)

  • Act 168 of 2014 mandates employment history reviews for all new employees.  We have an online system used to complete this process.  Upon an offer of employment, an applicant will receive an email from our online system and must complete the Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release form identifying information for:


    -The applicant's current employer;

    -The applicant's former employers that are school entities;

    -The applicant's former employers where he/she held a position that involved direct contact with children.
