Construction Updates
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
There will be a public hearing before the Board of School Directors of the Bermudian Springs School District on May 13, 2008. The hearing will begin at 6:30 P.M. and will be held in the District Administration Office located at 7335 Carlisle Pike, York Springs, PA.
The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment on a resolution being considered for adoption by the Board of School Directors authorizing a referendum question for the November 4, 2008 general election. The referendum question will seek voter approval of an increase in the earned income tax for the purpose of eliminating the occupation tax. The hearing is being held as required by Act 24 of 2001, known as the Optional Occupation Tax Elimination Act, as amended.

Due to construction and weather make-up days, the last day of school will be Tuesday, June 10, 2008. Graduation will be held on Friday, June 6, at 7:00 p.m.
